Who I am: A single, 30-year-old oenologist and published novelist living in New York City. I provide consulting services to everyone from chefs, sommeliers, and wineries, to private collectors, party hosts, and group functions. I do not "educate" in wine; instead, I encourage everyone to explore the sensuality of the stimulation of the palate. Wine is not "knowledge" or "vernacular." Wine is live art for us to experience.
